Chesapeake Ford is committed to our customers operating in essential industries and will maintain service levels, staff and parts availability to support you.

Chesapeake Ford's top priority is protecting the health of our employees, customers and our communities.  We are taking steps to prevent the Coronavirus from impacting our customers, suppliers and partners.  Although circumstances are still changing, we're following all recommended procedures.

We remain open and we are closely following guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and other state and local agencies regarding prevention and preparedness. While our Parts and Service teams are still available to serve you in-store, our Sales team can be reached via phone or internet.

In addition to several safety measures, we will be offering Curbside Parts Pick-Up to limit direct contact. The process is simple:

  1. Place your Parts order online or over the phone
  2. Call us when you have arrived at our location
  3. Pick up your order once our Parts Rep has placed the package outside in the designated area

We've taken many steps to maintain your safety:

  • Increased our cleaning efforts on accessible surface areas
  • Reinforced personal health and safety guidelines employees including delivery drivers
  • Increased supplies and accessibility for hand-washing and sanitizing stations within showrooms, parts, and service reception areas
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers
 

We remain committed to servicing and supporting our customers and business partners while keeping our communities as safe as possible. As the situation changes, we will evaluate and adjust our response accordingly.
